Burrata crafted in Hokkaido by Giovanni, an Italian Cheese Master.
Originating from the Puglia region of Southern Italy, Burrata is a masterpiece of cheese. It features a delicate mozzarella shell wrapped around a decadent center of fresh cream and stracciatella (shredded mozzarella).
Known for its mellow, rich texture and fresh sweetness, Burrata is recognized in Italy as a PAT (Traditional Agri-Food Product). Because of its complex, entirely handmade process and the absolute necessity for freshness, it remains a rare find in Japan.
