【お召し上がり方】冷蔵状態のステーキを袋のまま火を消した熱湯に入れ。約8分後ステーキを出し、お好みで焼き目を付けお召し上がりください。※中心内部までしっかり温め下さい。
Ready-to-eat Italian veal loin steaks on the bone. Vacuum cooked (CUISSON SOUS VIDE). Simply delightful to the palate. 
Ingredients: veal loin, salt, black pepper, garlic, and vegetable oil. 
Directions: Thaw veal chop. DO NOT OPEN SEAL. Fill pot with water and heat until boil. TURN OFF THE HEAT. Place pack in the pot and cook for eight minutes. Check meat center hot to touch. Serve with condiments of your choice!
For better results: Saute both sides after opening.
